We are looking for Painter to join our team at Bobcat.

We are looking for a Painter to join our team at Bobcat! As a Painter at Bobcat, you will do the following:

• Paint parts according to established production standards and cycle times
• Follow painting procedures and quality requirements
• Perform inspections of parts to prevent defects and rework
• Check paint quality to ensure high standards are consistently met

To succeed in this role, you will need the following attributes:

• Desire to learn new skills and continuously improve
• Minimum 1 year experience in painting or paint shop
• Stable work history
• High level of precision and attention to detail
• Knowledge of 5S principles and workplace safety standards
• Previous experience with any type of industrial painting is an advantage
