Responsibilities:

• Prep surfaces: scrape, sand, patch, caulk, mask, and prime
• Apply primers, paints, and coatings by brush, roller, and sprayer on interior and exterior surfaces
• Work on drywall, stucco, CMU, metal, and wood
• Assist with waterproofing and sealant applications as assigned
• Set up and break down work areas; protect adjacent finishes and property
• Follow all site safety rules and complete punch list items

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional painting experience (residential or commercial)
• Solid prep and finish skills with clean, straight lines
• Experience with waterproofing applications — elastomeric coatings, sealants, caulking, or traffic coatings — is a plus
• Comfortable working from ladders, scaffolding, and lifts
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in Keys conditions

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
