Painter

A Plus Painters, LLC. is seeking an experienced painter for both commercial and residential properties throughout the Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.

The work shift is primarily daylight hours, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime based on the needs of our customers.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping and using sandpaper
• Make drywall repairs when needed
• Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster, wood putty, calking)
• Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools

Skills

• 6 months – 1 year of painting experience preferred.
• Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds, perform pushing, pulling and climbing activities
• Comfortable climbing a ladder
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Pay dependent upon experience
