We are seeking a experienced and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces by applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality results that meet client specifications. Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and repairing drywall, plastering, stucco, or concrete as needed.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine the scope of work and select appropriate materials and techniques.
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, spray guns (including conventional and construction spray painting), and other hand or power tools to achieve smooth, even finishes.
• Perform structural painting tasks on various surfaces such as walls, ceilings, fixtures, and industrial equipment with precision and attention to detail.
• Ensure proper surface coating by following safety regulations and adhering to safety protocol guidelines including the use of respiratory protection.
• Conduct color matching using visual color comparison techniques to ensure consistency across surfaces.
• Complete renovation projects by installing fixtures, caulking gaps, finishing drywall joints, and restoring surfaces to their original or improved condition.
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials responsibly while following safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential and commercial painting projects with a strong understanding of construction site procedures.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers (including both conventional and construction spray equipment), brushes, rollers, and other application methods.
• Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for color matching and visual quality standards.
