Painter

Gevora Hotel Dubai is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our Engineering Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out painting and decorative works throughout the hotel
• Prepare walls, ceilings, doors, furniture, and other surfaces for painting
• Perform touch-ups, repainting, and corrective painting works as required
• Mix and match paints and finishes according to required specifications
• Repair minor cracks, holes, and surface imperfections before painting
• Maintain guest rooms, corridors, public areas, back-of-house areas, and other hotel facilities to the required standard
• Ensure clean and safe work areas after completing tasks
• Handle painting tools, equipment, and materials properly
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and assigned work orders
• Follow hotel safety procedures and engineering standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Painter, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
• Good knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing
• Ability to work with different types of paints and materials
• Good attention to detail and sense of cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to work at heights when required
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
