Painter

Novaliches General Hospital and Medical Center is looking for a skilled and reliable Painter responsible for painting, repainting, surface preparation, and related maintenance work within the hospital premises.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting and repainting of hospital walls, ceilings, doors, fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, and priming before painting.
• Mix and apply paint, primer, and other finishing materials properly.
• Perform touch-ups and corrective painting as needed.
• Identify and report damaged surfaces requiring repair before painting.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of painting materials and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area after completing tasks.
• Observe hospital safety, infection control, and workplace policies.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Department regarding assigned work.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate.
• With proven experience as a Painter or in a similar position.
• Knowledge of basic painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing.
• Familiarity with painting tools and equipment.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual work, including standing, bending, and working at elevated areas when required.
• Detail-oriented and able to produce clean and neat work.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Hospital, commercial, or building maintenance experience is an advantage.

Pay: Php755.00 per day
