Job Description
Capton Facility Management is looking for a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. The candidate should have experience in interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, and finishing work.
Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior painting work.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and scraping.
- Apply primer, paint, and finishing materials.
- Repair cracks, holes, and damaged surfaces before painting.
- Ensure smooth and high-quality paint finishes.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Complete painting tasks on time.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Painter.
- Knowledge of painting tools, materials, and techniques.
- Ability to perform surface preparation and finishing work.
- Hardworking, reliable, and able to work in a team.
- Candidates with their own visa will be given preference.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 2,000 per month.
- Other benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
