Painter

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years' experience in professional painting. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship in our projects. The Painter will work on a variety of tasks, including interior and exterior painting, and other duties. Must have reliable transportation to get to job sites.

Duties

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
• Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Restore surfaces by repairing drywall, stucco, or other materials to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet client specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of 2 years in residential and commercial painting is required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation is required to get to job sites, which are all over Central Florida.
