Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Painter with strong practical knowledge of painting and plastering works for construction and fit-out projects. The candidate should be capable of handling surface preparation, plastering, painting, and finishing works from the initial stage through to completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out internal and external painting works for villas Construction and fit-out projects.
• Perform complete surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, filling, putty application, and primer.
• Apply different types of interior and exterior paints, textures, and decorative finishes.
• Carry out plastering works, including cement plaster, repair plaster, patching, and surface leveling.
• Check and prepare surfaces to ensure proper level, smoothness, and finish before painting.
• Read and understand technical drawings, paint specifications, and finishing details.
• Carry out crack filling, touch-up, repair, and finishing works as required.
• Coordinate with civil, gypsum, MEP, and other site teams.
• Maintain proper workmanship and follow site safety requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in painting and plastering works.
• Strong practical knowledge of interior and exterior painting.
• Good experience in plastering, surface preparation, putty, primer, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and understand construction/technical drawings.
• Experience in villa construction and fit-out works is preferred.
• Gulf/UAE experience is preferred, but candidates without Gulf experience may also apply.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with the site team.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
