About Us

We are a Nashville residential and commercial painting company. Our customers don't want to babysit their painter, and that starts with the crew. We're hiring two hourly painters who take their work seriously.

This job is for professional painters only. When someone asks what you do, you say "I'm a painter." If that isn't you, please don't apply.

Required

• 2+ years of full-time professional painting experience. Painting has been your job, every day.
• A reliable vehicle. We meet at job sites daily, so you need to drive yourself.
• You can cut, roll, and spray. You don't need your own sprayer, but you need real experience using one.
• Solid prep skills (patching, sanding, masking, priming) and the ability to cut clean lines without tape
• Comfortable working in occupied homes, and physically able to climb ladders and work overhead

Preferred

• Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams experience
• Exterior, pressure washing, or cabinet work

What You'll Do

• Prep surfaces properly: patch, sand, mask, prime, and flag damage or scope issues early
• Apply two full coats as standard, with clean cut lines and consistent coverage
• Spray where specified, with full masking in place
• Clean up every day, reset the space, and do your own touch-up inspection before the final walkthrough

Every job is scoped before you arrive, so you'll know the products and sequencing ahead of time. We leave every site clean, every day. If something's off, say it early.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
