Painter

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
• Follow blueprints, schematics, or instructions to ensure accurate painting of surfaces
• Use power tools and hand tools to complete painting tasks
• Repair damaged surfaces and perform touch-ups as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective equipment

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction painting
• Knowledge of different types of paints, finishes, and techniques
• Familiarity with masonry, stucco, and other building materials
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines

-Ability to follow directions, stay on task, work independently, as well as work in groups

-Must have reliable transportation and Smart Phone
