Painter

Job Qualifications:

• High School Graduate / TESDA
• Note: You will be under an Agency and there will be chances for Absorption.
• Willing to be assign in Makati and Cubao.

Job Description:

• Perform interior and exterior painting, repainting, and touch-up work.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, and priming before painting.
• Mix and match paint colors as needed to achieve the required finish.
• Maintain painting tools, equipment, and supplies in good working condition.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and identify maintenance needs.
• Perform minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and masonry repairs as assigned.
• Repair walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and other building fixtures.
• Install, replace, or repair basic building components and hardware.
• Ensure work areas are clean and organized after completing maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report major repair requirements or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Assist with facility improvement projects and other maintenance duties as assigned.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Industrial painting: 1 year (Required)
