Painter

HOBAN Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable Production Operator/Spray Painter to join a manufacturing environment based in Cowra, NSW.

This is a hands-on production role involving industrial spray painting, paint booth maintenance and general assembly tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous spray painting or manufacturing experience and MUST hold a current forklift licence.

Days: Monday to Friday
Start Time: Flexible – 5:00am, 6:00am or 7:00am
Pay Rate: $34.32 plus loading

Key Duties:

• Industrial spray painting
• Paint booth cleaning and maintenance
• General assembly tasks
• Supporting day-to-day production operations
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following workplace procedures and safety requirements

About You:

• Current LF forklift licence – essential
• Previous industrial spray painting experience preferred
• Manufacturing or production experience highly regarded
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Available Monday to Friday
