Do you have any of these five problems with your current painting employer?

• No Opportunity to Advance in Pay or Duties (You’ve Been In the Same Role Forever)
• Inconsistent, Unsteady Work (Working 80 hours this week, NO HOURS next week)
• Unclear Instructions & Disorganized Jobs (The boss expects you to be a mind reader)
• Boss Plays Favorites (Rewards seemed to be personality-driven, not performance-based)
• Zero Schedule Flexibility (You can’t spend time with your family or go on vacation)

If you’ve been working for the SAME company for years, and you are ready for a change,

or if you are just CURIOUS about what you may be missing out on in your painting career,
