Painter / Drywall Technician (Full-Time)

ABOUT US

UES Solutions is a veteran-owned handyman, fence, and painting company serving Conroe, The Woodlands, Magnolia, Tomball, and Willis. We're growing fast and expanding across North Houston. We're looking for an experienced residential painter who can also handle drywall repair and leave a home better than we found it.

PAY & SCHEDULE

• $18-$25 per hour based on experience (top of range for strong drywall finishers)

• Full-time, W-2 hourly, 40 hours per week, year-round

• Weekdays, 7:30 AM start; occasional Saturdays

• Paid twice a month (1st and 15th) by direct deposit

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Interior and exterior repaints - walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets

• Prep and masking, caulking, sanding, priming

• Drywall repair: patching, taping, floating, and texture matching

• Brush, roll, and spray (we provide sprayers)

• Protect the client's home and furnishings and leave a clean job site every day

• Log time and job notes in Jobber

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years residential painting experience

• Clean cut lines and finish work you'd put your name on

• Drywall patch, tape, float, and texture experience

• Comfortable on ladders and working outdoors in Texas heat

• Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites

• Professional and respectful in clients' homes

• Basic smartphone use (Jobber scheduling and time tracking)

• Must pass a background check

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

• Own brushes and hand tools preferred; we provide sprayers, ladders, and all materials
