Painter Job Description Painters will properly prepare the surrounding area with the appropriate protective coverings, prepare the surfaces by identifying and correcting imperfections, applying the correct paint material coverage on a clean surface, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area, complete the project within the allotted productivity time, resulting in a minimum Level 3 Finish based on PCA Standards. Painters Must Demonstrate The Following Be Reliable and Dependable
