Painter/Decorator

Location: Yorkshire (with travel across surrounding areas)

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Painter & Decorator to join our growing team.

This role will mainly involve customer care and finishing works in occupied properties, so a professional attitude and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Internal painting and decorating (walls, ceilings, woodwork)
• Snagging and finishing works in occupied plots
• Making good surfaces prior to decorating
• Working cleanly and respectfully in customers’ homes
• Maintaining high standards of finish and presentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience in painting and decorating
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality finish
• Experience working in occupied properties / customer care
• Good communication and customer-facing skills
• Ability to work independently
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable (but not essential):

• Additional skills (e.g. basic plastering, joinery, or maintenance)
• Experience in new build or social housing environments
