Painter/Labourer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Painter/Laborer to join our restoration team. This role involves performing various painting tasks across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming as needed
• Apply paint, stain, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment on residential, commercial, or industrial sites
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various tasks including rigging and carpentry work
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment throughout each project
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while ensuring quality standards are met
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address project needs or concerns

Requirements

• Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and client interactions
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license for site access and material transport

Pay: $19.00-$26.00 per hour
