Painter/Loader

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter/Loader to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and efficiently loading finished products for shipment. Your focus on quality standards, and material tracking will ensure that our products meet the highest industry benchmarks. Duties

• Prepare construction painting surfaces through cleaning and clearing splatter if necessar.
• Operate conventional spray gun with precision and consistency.
• Handle materials safely using forklifts and other power tools to load and unload products efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Interpret production documents to ensure accurate application of coatings and finishes.
• Upkeep strict piece counts and part numbers to ensure all material loaded is accurately recorded
• Maintain strict adherence to personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, including respirators and respiratory protection, during all painting processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with industrial painting techniques such as conventional spraying is preferred.
• Familiarity with coating materials handling equipment like spray guns
• Experience driving a forklift or lull is preferred

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
