Painting Production - Shift Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient use of resources and meet quality standards.
• Supervise a team of workers, providing guidance on tasks, troubleshooting issues, and addressing concerns.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Job Requirements :

• 4-10 years of experience in plastic injection molding or related field.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials used in manufacturing industry.
