Painting Team Leader / Junior Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Painting Team Leader to oversee painting projects and manage a crew of 3 to 7 painters across residential and commercial properties in Dubai.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality painting work, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, and supervising your team on-site. Candidates with or without a valid UAE driving license are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Supervision: Lead, guide, and work alongside a painting crew of 3–7 team members to ensure efficient daily execution.
• Site Operations: Manage on-site painting preparation (surface priming, sanding, masking), paint application, and finishing works to the highest standards.
• Quality & Safety: Inspect completed work for flaws, ensure proper material usage, and enforce site safety guidelines.
• Progress Reporting: Keep track of daily site progress, material requirements, and report directly to management.
• Client Interaction: Coordinate professionally with clients or site supervisors when required on-site.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven professional painting experience with a track record of leading small teams (3–7 people).
• Technical Skills: Expert knowledge in various painting techniques, surface preparation, interior/exterior finishes, and paint mixing.
• Language: Good communication skills in English; Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is an advantage.
• Driving Status: A valid UAE driving license is a plus, but non-driving candidates are welcome to apply.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,700.00 per month
