Pakistani & Continental Chef

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Pakistani & Continental Chef to join our professional kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing Pakistani and Continental cuisine while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, quality, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality Pakistani and Continental dishes according to standardized recipes.

• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.

• Plan and prepare daily meals and menus as required.

• Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.

• Monitor food stock and minimize wastage.

• Ensure timely preparation and service of meals.

• Maintain proper cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth daily operations.

• Follow food safety and health & safety procedures.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Chef in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or institutional kitchen. - Strong hands-on expertise in Pakistani & Continental cuisine.

• Good knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen operations.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Culinary diploma/certification will be an added advantage. Salary & Benefits
