Palantir Platform Lead (Remote)

Optomi, in partnership with a leading accounting organization, is seeking an experienced Palantir Platform Lead to lead the architecture, implementation, and delivery of enterprise data solutions using Palantir Foundry and AIP. This position will focus on enterprise data platform development, SAP data integration, and ERP data migration, with an emphasis on leveraging Palantir HyperAuto to support complex SAP and Oracle data environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on Palantir Foundry architecture and development experience, expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA data manipulation and transformation, and a track record of leading enterprise-scale platform deployments.

Experience of the right candidate:

• 4+ years of Palantir Foundry architecture and development leadership experience in a hands-on player-coach capacity.
• Strong expertise in Palantir Foundry, AIP, and enterprise data platform implementation.
• Demonstrated experience with Palantir HyperAuto ingestion and ERP data migration concepts for SAP and/or Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA data integration, manipulation, transformation, and migration.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale platform deployments and implementing scalable data solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, ingestion workflows, and complex data integration processes.
• Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, and guiding implementation teams.
• Ability to manage project execution, communicate with stakeholders, and drive technical initiatives forward.
• Prior experience in the energy industry is a plus.

Responsibilities of the right candidate:

• Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise data solutions leveraging Palantir Foundry and AIP.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership while guiding development teams and mentoring technical team members.
• Lead SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA data integration, manipulation, transformation, and migration initiatives.
• Leverage Palantir HyperAuto ingestion capabilities and ERP data migration concepts to support complex SAP and Oracle data environments.
• Design and implement scalable enterprise data platforms and data products that support business and operational objectives.
• Oversee project delivery activities, including planning, execution, stakeholder communication, risk management, and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and develop effective data solutions.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges associated with enterprise-scale platform deployments and ERP data integration.
• Establish architectural direction and development practices to support reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Support occasional client-requested travel as needed.
