Pallet Control Clerk (Entry Level)

Job Duties/Essential Functions

• Receives, audits, reviews, and matches pallet Dockets Vs Proof of Deliveries
• Enters daily all dockets/pallet movements into 2IC
• Performs daily reconciliation of pallet CHEP/Loscam movements in 2IC
• Sorts, files, archives pallet dockets and PO’s
• Performs monthly pallet stock takes
• Liaises with vendors for incorrect and incomplete documentation / pallet count on thedocket
• Maintains business relations with CHEP, Loscam and Trading partners
• Maintains a weekly count of the Depot pallets in the yard.
• Assists in organizing hires and de-hires of empty pallets
• Assists in other areas of the depot as required

Qualifications

Education/Training: Diploma

Experience/Skills:

• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in pallet control.
• Experience in the use of 2ic is essential.
• Must have knowledge of Google Word & Google Spreadsheet
• Must be keen to detail

Other Specific Requirements:

• The successful candidate will require a satisfactory criminal record check as the facility is a Biosecurity bonded facility
• The successful candidate will undergo a drug and alcohol test
