The role

An experienced PAM Business Analyst is needed on a 6-month contract to drive the onboarding of applications, infrastructure services, and privileged accounts onto CyberArk for an enterprise-scale security programme. You'll work between application owners, infrastructure, security teams, and project stakeholders, and manage each onboarding from discovery through to production cutover.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end onboarding of applications, infrastructure services, and privileged accounts into CyberArk.
• Run discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions, and assess readiness for CyberArk integration.
• Capture and maintain requirements, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
• Support password vaulting, privileged account onboarding, session management, and application credential management.
• Track progress and resolve issues across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, production cutover, and handover to BAU.
• Facilitate governance meetings and deliver status reporting.
• Make sure onboarding complies with security and operational standards.

Essential skills

• Strong background in Business Analysis, Service Delivery Coordination, or Technical Project Coordination.
• Solid understanding of PAM concepts and hands-on experience with CyberArk or another leading PAM platform.
• Experience on enterprise-scale onboarding or migration programmes.
• Strong workshop facilitation, requirements management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Desirable

• Previous Technical Lead, Project Coordinator, or Stream Lead roles on IAM/PAM engagements.
• Experience with BeyondTrust, Delinea, or other PAM solutions.
• Contract experience with international clients, ideally in Germany or wider Europe.
