What We’re Looking For

• Practical knowledge of  Sushi and Dim Sum  preparation.
• A sound understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and mise en place.
• Attention to detail, consistency, and presentation.
• A willingness to learn, experiment, and grow within a professional kitchen environment.
• A collaborative attitude and commitment to culinary excellence.
