Your role:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to come and join our team at the West Footscray Branch in a P&C role. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as supporting employee relations and performance management.

Day-to-day:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews and facilitate the onboarding process.
• Provide support to managers on performance management and employee relations issues.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.

What we need from you:

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or related field.
