P&C Development Intern (m/f/d)

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Global Learning & Talent Development Intern (m/f/d) to join our Global Learning & Development Team. Your Responsibilities Support the coordination of global training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives Assist with the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and learning-related reporting Help develop communication materials, learning content, and employee development resources Support global talent processes, including Performance Appraisal and 360° Feedback Analyze participant feedback and learning data to drive continuous improvement Research learning trends and best practices to support innovation in Learning & Development Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong interest in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Human Resources Fluent in English and Spanish (B2/C1 level) Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills Proactive, curious, and eager to learn Comfortable working in an international and collaborative environment Why Join Us?
