We are seeking a detail-oriented P&ID Design and Documentation Engineer for the area of Operation Service Group (OSG) located in Chonburi, Thailand to support local and global engineering projects through the creation, maintenance, and optimization of database-based P&ID diagrams and COMOS documentation while ensuring accurate and up-to-date engineering records across manufacturing facilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and maintain cost-effective, database-based P&ID diagrams in COMOS based on process engineering requirements, project specifications, and applicable standards.
• Create and structure equipment, piping, instrumentation, and associated engineering objects within the COMOS database.
• Implement redlines, mark-ups, and modifications resulting from plant changes and engineering projects into existing P&ID documentation.
• Update and maintain P&ID diagrams, technical documentation, and related engineering records to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Maintain COMOS object data, document links, manufacturer documentation, drawings, and technical files associated with engineering equipment.
• Support global CAPEX initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure complete, consistent, and up-to-date engineering documentation.
• Perform P&ID quality reviews according to company standards and established engineering documentation requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Technical College, or comparable technical education.
• Experience in planning and design of chemical or process plants, particularly in the preparation and maintenance of P&ID diagrams.
• Good understanding of process engineering as well as equipment, piping, valves, and instrumentation systems.
• Hands-on experience with database-based CAD/CAE software, preferably COMOS, and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in creating and maintaining database-based P&ID diagrams and related engineering objects.
• Experience implementing redlines, mark-ups, and as-built modifications into existing engineering documentation.
• Good knowledge of national and international engineering standards and norms.
• Good command of English (ALTE Level 2 / B1 or equivalent).
