Pandora Sales Associate

An associate in Pandora in Alberts Diamond Jewelers provides outstanding customer service in all aspects to ensure a loyal following of clients.  You must be enthusiastic, high energy, ethical and have the ability to positively motivate others.

Essential Functions:

• Meets individual and company sales goals.
• Utilizes PANDORA sales techniques consistently and communicates product knowledge to the customer.
• Performs various sales and register transactions.
• Maintains an awareness of customers to both increase service levels.
• Learns policies regarding payment and exchanges, customer service, security practices, and other applicable operations.
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions.
• Maintains pricing and marketing standards.
• Builds and maintains a solid customer following through clientelling.
• Maintains standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by Management.
• Participates in visual directives including setting planograms, zone maintenance, and cleaning standard.
• Other duties as assigned/required by management team.
• Will be crossed train in Customer Service.

Job Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma or GED
• 1-3 years retail experience (Jewelry Sales preferred)
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Regular attendance is essential
• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 25 to 30 pounds

Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
