P&S Project Manager

Job Scope

• Manage and oversee Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) works from project commencement to completion
• Coordinate with Main Contractors, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors
• Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, materials and resources
• Review P&S drawings, specifications and technical submissions
• Monitor installation progress, quality and overall project performance
• Lead the team in resolving technical and site coordination issues
• Attend project meetings and follow up on project requirements
• Coordinate testing, inspections, commissioning and project handover

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in P&S / Plumbing & Sanitary works
• Experience in HDB and BTO projects is highly preferred
• Experience with a P&S / M&E subcontractor is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and sanitary installation and construction processes
• Good project management, leadership and coordination skills
• Able to manage subcontractors, suppliers and multiple stakeholders
• Good problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
