IQVIA Biotech is looking for Panel Administrator Assoc 2 to join our team

• Administers routine data collection under close guidance and supervision.
• Initiates calls to pharmacies using a prepared selling strategy to promote pharmacy participation in syndicated, on-going panels.
• Follows up with panels to achieve maximum rate of return, following prescribed scripts.
• Receives and processes all incoming calls from panels, responding to routine questions and referring non-routine questions to managers.
• Prepares and mails hardcopy data collection documents to assigned panels.
• Collects information from panels and ensures quality meets basic requirements.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of exposure to medical products and/or doctors offices preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow established procedures to resolve routine matters.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
