• Installed and mounted electrical components including MCCBs, MCBs, ACBs, contactors, relays, overload relays, timers, VFDs, PLCs, SMPS, terminal blocks, and push buttons.
• Performed internal wiring, cable dressing, ferruling, crimping, and cable termination.
• Read and interpreted single-line diagrams (SLD), wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, and panel layout drawings.
• Fabricated and installed busbars with proper insulation and clearances.
• Conducted continuity, insulation resistance, and functional testing before final inspection.
• Identified and rectified wiring and assembly defects to ensure quality standards.
• Ensured compliance with electrical safety procedures and company quality requirements.
• Maintained tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area.
• Assisted the QC department during inspection and testing activities.
