What they need
- Menguruskan urusan panel klinik dengan syarikat, panel provider dan pihak berkaitan.
- Mengendalikan pendaftaran, pembaharuan dan kemas kini maklumat panel.
- Menyediakan dan menyemak dokumen berkaitan panel.
- Memantau status panel, surat jaminan (GL), claim dan bil rawatan.
- Berhubung dengan pihak syarikat/TPA/insurance bagi urusan kelulusan dan tuntutan.
- Memastikan rekod dan dokumen panel disusun serta dikemas kini dengan tepat.
- Menyediakan laporan berkaitan panel dan tuntutan apabila diperlukan.
- Menjawab pertanyaan daripada pihak panel, syarikat dan pelanggan.
- Membantu menyelesaikan isu berkaitan claim, GL dan pembayaran.
- Menjalankan tugas pentadbiran lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan.
Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
