The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater to join the team at RPM Para Hills.

Role Responsibilities

• Repair damaged vehicle panels and structures to manufacturer and industry standards
• Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods
• Straighten, realign, replace and fit vehicle panels and components
• Use specialist tools and equipment to complete high-quality repairs
• Work collaboratively with the wider production team to meet repair deadlines
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment
• Complete repairs in accordance with documented processes and procedures

Does This Sound Like You?

• Trade qualified Panel Beater (or equivalent industry experience)
• Strong commitment to quality workmanship and safety
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment
• High attention to detail and pride in your work
• Reliable, hardworking and a team player
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
