Panel Beater / Panel Technician - Redhill

We’re looking for an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician to join our team at Finesse Accident Repair Centres.

The Role

As a Panel Beater / Panel Technician, you’ll be responsible for repairing accident-damaged vehicles to a high standard, ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately and in line with manufacturer requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels
• Carrying out panel alignment and structural repairs
• Welding and joining where required
• Using approved repair methods and specialist equipment
• Ensuring repairs are completed to manufacturer and industry standards
• Working closely with MET, paint and workshop colleagues
• Maintaining a high level of workmanship and attention to detail
• Working efficiently while maintaining repair quality

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience as a Panel Beater or Panel Technician
• Has strong knowledge of accident repair methods
• Takes pride in producing high-quality work
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Is reliable, professional and organised
• Understands the importance of productivity, efficiency and quality

Relevant industry qualifications are desirable, but experience and proven ability are equally important.
