The Opportunity: We are looking for skilled Panel Welders (1st & 3rd shift) ready to work in a hands-on, precision-focused manufacturing environment. This is a direct-hire, full-time position with a competitive pay range and shift differential for 3rd shift.

What You'll Do:

• Perform high-quality MIG welds on mild steel, galvanized steel, and stainless steel in horizontal and vertical positions
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints and welding specifications to determine precise welding requirements
• Assemble and tack weld parts according to engineering drawings and written specifications
• Use weld gauges and measurement tools to verify weld size and ensure quality standards are met
• Grind and polish welded products to achieve specified finishes
• Operate cranes, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain 5S housekeeping standards and follow all SOPs

Requirements:

• 6months - 3 years of MIG welding experience required
• AWS D1.1 or D1.3 certification preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/work with your hands for 8+ hours per shift
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment with required PPE
• High school diploma or GED required

Pay: $19–$26/hour based on experience, plus a 15% shift differential for 3rd shift
