What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years experience in a premium, full-service, à la carte ktichen.
• Proven experience running a busy Pans section.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster across nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Qualification: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is a major plus!
