About the role

This full-time role will play a crucial part in ensuring our guests receive a seamless and memorable experience.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other refreshments for meetings and events.
• Keep beverage stations clean and stocked with supplies (e.g., cups, lids, sugar, cream).
• Actively engage with guests to ensure their beverage needs are met promptly and courteously.
• Prepare meeting rooms prior to scheduled events, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
• Clean and sanitize meeting rooms after use, including arranging furniture and resetting the space for future meetings.
• Greet guests and staff with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive experience.
• Respond to inquiries and requests related to hospitality services, demonstrating a commitment to excellent service.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing hospitality role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests of diverse backgrounds
• Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

職位要求

• 具備至少 1 年面向客戶的接待服務、酒店或餐飲服務相關工作經驗。
• 擁有良好的溝通及人際交往能力，能與不同背景的賓客建立良好互動。
• 具備靈活性及適應能力，願意在節奏快速的工作環境中工作。
