PANTRY/BAKER STAFF
Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods for a canteen or cafeteria setting. This role ensures that all products meet quality, safety, and nutritional standards while supporting the overall food service operations of the concessionaire.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake bread, rolls, pastries, cookies, and other baked goods according to recipes and production schedules.
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all baked products.
• Monitor ingredient inventory, request supplies, and minimize waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of baking equipment, tools, and work areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist in menu planning for baked goods, including seasonal or special-event items.
• Follow portion control guidelines to ensure cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to meet daily service demands and special orders.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards set by the concessionaire and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a baker, preferably in a cafeteria, canteen, or high-volume food service environment.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work early mornings or flexible shifts.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle heavy baking equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
