Responsibilities

• Operate garment care machines such as industrial dryers, pressing irons, and dry cleaning equipment to achieve optimal results.
• Press garments using manual handling techniques, push carts, and pressing tables to ensure smooth, wrinkle-free finishes.
• Handle laundry services including washing, drying, and sanitation processes to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Manage materials handling tasks such as sorting garments, loading and unloading laundry machines, and organizing finished products for delivery or storage.
• Follow safety standards in production by adhering to safety protocol guidelines, using proper lifting techniques for heavy items, and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Conduct quality checks on pressed garments to ensure they meet cleanliness, appearance, and garment care specifications.
• Maintain sanitation standards by properly handling laundry detergents and cleaning supplies while ensuring the workspace remains safe and organized.

Requirements

• Prior experience in laundry services or textile cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Knowledge of safety standards in production environments including proper use of safety equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on garment care and quality assurance.
• Excellent customer service skills are a plus for interacting with team members or clients when necessary.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of sanitation and garment presentation.

Hours

Monday , Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - Start time of 6am and the day goes until all work is done. Long days can go until 2pm and shorter days such as Fridays we can be done as early as 10am.

We pay Weekly and are closed all major holidays

Starting pay is $15 an hour

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 28.0 per week
