What they need
We are looking for someone who is technically strong, experienced, and ready to take responsibility The candidate should be able to quickly understand our systems and contribute effectively with minimal supervision.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong hands-on experience with modern paper machines, preferably with exposure to complex and multiple hydraulic systems , or experience in other comparable heavy industries.
- Strong technical knowledge in hydraulic and mechatronic systems, troubleshooting, maintenance, and field operations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead, guide, and supervise a technical team in the field.
- Experience in work planning and maintenance scheduling through CMMS/SAP.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities, with the ability to independently handle technical issues.
- A strong hands-on approach and the ability to work effectively under operational requirements.
