Our client is launching a strategic HR document generation initiative aimed at centralizing and automating the production of a large catalog of HR documents, including employment contracts, certificates, onboarding documents, and other administrative templates.

The solution follows a clear architecture:

• An existing front-end application allows users to select document templates and automatically pre-fill them with employee data.

• Papyrus is used as the document generation engine.

• Business logic remains managed by the client's existing applications, while Papyrus focuses on document composition and generation.

Key Challenges

The project involves several technical and functional challenges, including:

• Managing a high volume of HR documents across multiple document types.

• Supporting a multilingual environment.

• Integrating with existing systems through APIs to pre-populate document templates.

• Ensuring strong security, data privacy, and compliance for sensitive HR information.

Profile Sought

We are looking for a French-speaking Technical Papyrus Consultant/Engineer with proven experience in Papyrus document generation solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in:

• Papyrus platform configuration and document generation.

• API-based integrations and data pre-population.

• Designing scalable document generation architectures.

• Security and data protection best practices.

• Working closely with development teams and providing technical guidance and knowledge transfer.
