Paralegal Assistant

• Draft and review legal documents and contracts
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings
• Maintain case files and track deadlines
• Assist the Paralegal officer and client communication

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a legal support role preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management

Minimum Qualifications

Experience:

At least 2-4 years’ experience as Legal Assistant, paralegal, or similar roles

Exposure to working in a corporate setting, in construction and realty business is an advantage

Experienced interacting with and addressing issues relevant to the Philippine legal system and other aspects of the legal profession

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, and keep deadlines
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized

Qualifications:

Graduate of a bachelor’s degree preferably in Legal Management, Political Science or other pre-law courses; graduate units in law an advantage

Training or certification in Paralegal work preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Knowledge in basic office administration work

Strong legal research background

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
