Paralegal

Job responsibilities: Case Management, calendaring/scheduling, daily communication with clients, working directly with attorneys in drafting correspondence, pleadings and discovery, e-filing, etc. Individual must be detail oriented, organized, resourceful and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Preferred 2 to 5 years litigation experience, experience in drafting necessary pleadings, knowledge of local and federal court rules, excellent critical thinking skills, be proficient in Microsoft word and Excel. Experience in Family Law useful but not necessary. Willing to train the right person.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
