The Opportunity

We are seeking a competent and highly professional Paralegal to provide legal and administrative support to the Company's Legal Department. The successful candidate will assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining legal records, coordinating with government agencies and external legal counsel, and supporting the efficient handling of corporate legal matters.

Job Qualification:

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Paralegal studies or a related field
• Knowledgeable in Law / Legal services, research, documentation or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player who is switched -on, hungry and full of initiative
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to do field work, including visits to government offices, or clients as needed
• Must be proactive, reliable, and capable of working with minimal supervision
• Preferably with own motorcycle and a valid driver’s license
• Prior experience in a legal or corporate environment is an advantage.
• Office location is at Ayala Life – FGU Center Cebu, Mindanao Ave, Cebu City
• Experience is advantage.
