Immigration Paralegal – Detroit, MI
A well established firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal with 3+ years of experience to prepare and coordinate immigration petitions and applications with USCIS, CBP, DOL, and DOS.
Responsibilities:
- Handle TN, H-1B, H-4, L-1, E Visa, PERM, RFE, adjustment of status, and naturalization filings.
- Prepare supporting letters, affidavits, and documentation.
- Manage filing deadlines and client documents.
- Coordinate translations, foreign document certification, and credential evaluations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; ABA-approved paralegal certification preferred.
- 3+ years of immigration paralegal experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with INSZoom preferred.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
