Philadelphia, PA | Hybrid | $75,000–$85,000

A prominent plaintiff’s law firm in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join its team and work closely with a top-performing attorney on complex litigation matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong experience handling Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice litigation from inception through trial.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of legal experience REQUIRED
• Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice experience REQUIRED
• Complex litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of the Philadelphia court system
• Experience managing cases through all phases of litigation
• Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses
• E-filing and court filings
• Legal research
• Deposition and discovery support
• Trial preparation and experience attending trials
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple matters independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
• BA/BS a plus

We’re looking for someone who is experienced, highly organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal guidance while supporting complex, high-value litigation.

Candidates without 7–10 years of relevant Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice experience will not be considered.
