PERMANENT
An award-winning law firm based in Central London is looking for a Paralegal to join their corporate team, supporting fee earners on a wide range of corporate matters. This is a permanent role offering hybrid working.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Supporting the corporate team on a wide range of corporate transactions and matters
Assisting with due diligence, document drafting and bundling
Company secretarial support, including Companies House filings
Liaising with clients and other advisers as required
WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR
Some corporate experience in a law firm is ideal
Strong academics and excellent attention to detail
A proactive, organised approach and willingness to learn
Ability to work well within a fast-paced team environment
