What they need
Delaware County law firm seeking full-time paralegal to work with busy attorney in private practice. Ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. *Prior paralegal experience is REQUIRED and legal writing samples must be submitted to be considered.*
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct pre-claim investigation, legal research and initial case assessments
- Draft pleadings, motions and appellate documents
- Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics etc.)
- Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes
- Aid attorney with interrogatories and other discovery requests
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
